Terms of Use & Privacy

QSYS, the company having created the website qsys.gr, offers its services under the following terms of use that the visitor/user of the pages of the website is called to read carefully and proceed with the visit/use of the pages/services of qsys.gr, only if he fully accepts these terms. QSYS reserves itself all rights to amend, remove or add terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications may apply at any moment. You are therefore requested to check the terms and conditions for the provision of services regularly.
 
Restrictions of Use

It is forbidden to use the service provided through the website for any illegal object or in any way not in accordance with these terms of use. You agree of a personal, non commercial use if service provided and not for resale or other transfer or disposal or use from or for profit of any other individual or entity. Furthermore, you cannot sell a part of the service or distribute it at or without exchange to another means without the previous written consent  or QSYS. You cannot use any of the trade marks, the trade names or the titles of services of QSYS in any way that may create the impression that the marks and names belong to you or are connected with you or that they are used with the consent of QSYS.

Loss and Indemnity 

The user of qsys.gr understands and accepts that he has the exclusive responsibility to indemnify qsys.gr and their collaborators for any legal dispute that may arise between him and third parties due to the content that he will dispose for presentation, publication or other transfer through the services of qsys.gr.

User's term 

The user/members understands and agrees that QSYS has the exclusive right to interrupt the use of the code/s of access to its service/s and interrupt the provision of the contents thereof to the users/members believed to have violated these terms of use. It is also declared by the QSYS and it is unconditionally accepted by the users that the relevant information, either provided by the user himself or collected by the procedure of ‘cookies’ or any electronic tools of the similar type, are stored in the servers of QSYS.

Publicity 

QSYS is not responsible for the communication of the user/member with the third parties providers of services advertised in the qsys.gr. and any commercial negotiation that may derive from the relation between them.

Right of Intellectual and Industrial Property

Except for the expressly mentioned exclusions (intellectual rights of third parties, collaborators and bodies), the whole contents of qsys.gr, including pictures, graphics, photos, drawing, texts, services provided and in general all files of this website, are the intellectual property, filed trade marks and marks of QSYS services and are protected by the relevant provisions of the Greek law, the European law and the international conventions. Thus, none of these can be, wholly or partly, the object of sale, copy, modification, reproduction, republication or ‘loaded’, transmitted or distributed in any way. The case of storage of one only copy of a part of the contents in one simple personal computer, for personal and not public or commercial use and without omitting their origin from the qsys.gr is excluded and this without violating the relevant rights of intellectual and industrial property. The other products or services mentioned in the electronic pages of this network access system with the marks of the respective organizations, companies, collaborating carriers, unions or editions, are their intellectual and industrial property and consequently these carriers bear the relevant responsibility. The user/member understands that he is not entitled to reproduce, copy, sell, resell and/or commercially exploit in any way the whole or part of the contents of qsys.gr.

Limits of Responsibility

Given the nature and the volume of the Internet, under any circumstances, the negligence case included, QSYS is not responsible for any kind of loss sustained by the visitor/user of the pages, services, choice and contents of the qsys.gr where he has access in his own initiative. The contents of qsys.gr are provided ‘exactly as they are’ without any guarantee, explicit and/or inferred in any way. According to the law, QSYS denies all guarantees expressed or implied, including but not limited to those which entail the commerciality and the fitness for a precise object. qsys.gr does not guarantee that the pages, service, choices and contents will be provided without interruption without errors and that the errors will be corrected. QSYS does not guarantee that the same or any other relative site or the servers through which these will be at the disposal of the users/members do not contain ‘viruses’ or other harmful components. QSYS does not guarantee the correctness, the fullness and/or availability of the contents, pages, services, choices or the results thereof. The cost of eventual corrections or services is bourn by the visitor/user and in no case by QSYS.

Links with other sites

QSYS does not guarantee the availability, the contents the police of protection of the personal data, the quality and entirety of other web sites and pages to which it refers through ‘links’, hyperlinks or publicity banners. Thus, for any problem that may arise during the visit/use thereof, the user should go directly to the respective web sites and pages that have the entire responsibility for the services they provide. QSYS will in no case be considered as accepting the contents or the services of the websites and the pages to which it refers or as being connected with these in any other way.

Law Applicable 

The above terms and conditions for the use of qsys.gr as well as any modification thereof are ruled and completed by the Greek law, the law of the European Union and the relative international conventions. Any provision of the above terms, contrary to the law, will cease ipso jure to be in force and is deleted here from and the other terms will continue to be in force unchanged. This is the entire agreement between QSYS and the visitor/user of the pages and services thereof and binds only them. No modification of these terms will be taken into consideration and will not be a part of this agreement if not explicitly expressed in writing and not incorporated in it.
